MANILA, Philippines — The parliament of Bangsamoro Autonomous Area in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) is but to resolve on the reapportionment, or the switch, of seats allotted for Sulu to the remaining provinces within the area, its interim chief minister mentioned on Thursday.
